Final pricing depends on project location, site conditions, selected upgrades, and the construction agreement.

Not included in the starting price and quoted separately: (1) land and site preparation; (2) foundation; (3) transportation and delivery to the property; (4) project-specific engineering; (5) building permits, licenses, impact fees, and government charges; (6) external utility infrastructure and connections, including water, wastewater, sewer or septic, and electrical power supply.
